HEART/FOURTH CHAKRA LIBERATION
SELF 4 exists through negative emotions such as sorrow, heartbreak, depression, sadness, longing and pity. Inability to release or process sadness and grief. Emotional wounds that are hard to heal. Envy and jealousy that can't be released due to low self-esteem. Train and sharpen your mind to recognize, interact with, transform, transcend, and detach from these negative emotions. Liberate yourself from them. Thus, when these emotions come in the physical form of people interacting with you, you can resolve, dissolve, and detach from them. Then, and only then is there Liberation of Self 4 (the Self of dysfunctional emotions such as envy, jealousy, and anger).

Heart/Fourth Chakra ~ located in the center of your heart. Once liberated from SELF 3 and able to enter into your own identity, you can transcend into the heart chakra. Here, you will instantly increase your self-respect. You will open yourself up to self-love. It is the entrance to the soul level; the transition from the lower three chakras to the Divine; the bridge between the earthly and the eternal.
Green is the color combination of yellow (respect & wisdom) with blue (spirituality). Green is the color of the heart center, healing, balance, compassion, transformation, growth, generosity, and peace. The symptoms of a dysfunctional fourth chakra are:
Emotional: Feeling attacked by life, Feeling 'they are out to get me', Heart Broken, Difficulties in giving or receiving, Desperate, Tired of life, Fear, Unable to breath, short breath, Feeling stifled, Intense sadness, Grief, Hopelessness, Headaches.
Physical: Allergies, Asthma, Breast Cancer, Breathing condition, Bronchitis, Chest Congestion, Circulation issues, Cough, Head cold, Heart Diseases, Heart Attack, High blood pressure, Hyperventilation, Immune Disorders, Lung Issues or Cancer, Pain in lower arms and hands, Pneumonia, Sleep disorders, Strokes. Addictions such as sugar cravings. Wine and smoking are related to the fourth chakra.
MUNDANE REMEDY ~ One can continue to do Prostrations, Sports, Martial Arts, Walking, Running, Qi Gong, Tai Chi. Focus on yoga poses such as Bidalasana (Cat Pose), Bridge Pose, Lunge with Twist, Marjaryasana (Cat Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose), Sphinx Pose, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Warrior I with Arm Variations. Bhujangasana (Cobra).
Green is rejuvenating and anti-inflammatory. It is a symbol of harmony, creativity, health, and nature. That is why green can help calm anger and improve memory. It affects the lungs, heart, thymus gland, and immune system. It is considered a healing color. Medical doctors' and staffs' scrubs are dominantly green. Meditate and surround yourself with green color. Have green foods that can assist the healing and opening of this chakra: Alfalfa Sprouts, Asparagus, Avocados, Beet Greens, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Celery, Chives, Collard Greens, Cucumber, Edamame, Green Beans, Green Cauliflower, Green grapes, Green Olives, Green Peppers, Green Tomatoes, Honeydew, Kale, Kiwi, Lettuce, Limes, Mint, Okra, Oregano, Parsley, Peas, Pumpkin Seeds, Rosemary, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Tarragon, Wasabi, Wheatgrass, Zuchini.
MEDITATE on the color of the Fourth Chakra: Green. You can visualize this color, as you meditate. Begin sitting in a quiet place (or even walking if you prefer moving meditation). Focus on green light filtering through your crown chakra, through your throat, entering your heart and your body. If you wish, you can repeat the chakra seed mantra, "HUNG". Sing, chant, or scream out the syllable "HUNG’ with the energy vibrating vertically from head to toe and into the earth.

GREEN TARA is Divine Mother of ALL Buddhas. She is known for precision and intellectual exactness. Green Tara is the Bodhisattva. She's green in color. She embodies the wisdom of ALL accomplished activity that transmutes the poison of envy, jealousy, disgust, "green with envy". Having the connection to Green Tara, your heart/4th chakra is open. You are able to radiate love and compassion for yourself, which enables you to receive and express love unconditionally rather than becoming dependent on others to love you. This is also the level where you integrate your spiritual self with your physical being. Entering you into the soul level, the spiritual level of attainments. When this chakra is opened, the physical heart is functioning optimally and the heart center is in a state of selfless love and compassion.
